WW2 Italian Army 20th Heavy Artillery Pith Helmet Badge
Original badge of the type worn on pith helmet in North Africa.
This was part of the High Command strategic reserve in North Africa.
This was destroyed during the fighting in the earlier part of the North African campaign.
The flame is broken off, but can easily be repaired. This fault was very common with these type of badge.
Both metal tabs are present.
