WW2 Italian Colonial Military Police Cap Badge
This is a very scarce badge, worn by Ascari who were the Libyan or East African native police in the Italian military. Worn on the Tarbush, red felt fez which was traditionally work by these troops. It does have the normal VE (Victor Emanuel, king of Italy on grenade).
Rather battle worn, but nice item to own.
Veterans bring back from Libya in this instance.
