NZ Territorial Service Medal, impressed CAPT. C. A. NOBLE, CANTERBURY RGT. Charles Andrews Noble, born Stratford, Taranaki in 1901, died Christchurch 1976, was a school teacher. In 1940 he was Captain & Officer Commanding the 6th (Cadet) Battalion. He was appointed headmaster of Christchurch West High School in 1941.
