WWI Bavarian Ersatz Filzhelme Pickelhaube Helmet

Description

This is a Original German Bavarian Ersatz Filzhelme (felt helmet) Field Grey Pickelhaube, Nice with original bullet hole to rear of helmet. The helmet was picked up by a NZ soldier and traded for some other goodies. That’s all I know about it’s history. It is completely original and in as found condition.

Overall condition of helmet is very good for age and paint is completely original to helmet.
