Description
This is a WW2 M40 Heer double decal helmet. The helmet is stamped Q64 manufactured by Quist and is size 64. Production stamp is N 231 have seen this production stamp on other helmets from the Quist maker . The Decals could be old reproductions but never seen these before I thought they looked good when I bought the helmet.
The helmet surface shows 99% of its original factory paint ,some areas of light corrosion as can be seen.
The liner rivets shows factory paint. Liner size is 55 and the liner leather is in very nice condition & is still soft & supple – no tears to any of the tabs.
Overall nice helmet to add to your collection.
